Add this listing to your cart then go back to the Shop page and scroll down to choose your design.
The Caregiver's Retreat has paid for you to make a 12x12 sign. If you'd like to make a larger sign, you will have to pay the additional cost. 12x12 designs are the "D" and "E" designs.
Add your design choice to your cart then head to the check out! At checkout, you'll put CAREGIVER in the promo code section to deduct the amount already paid.
